  騰鰲 (Tang'ao Fort) Chung-an-p'u

  Chung an pu
  Kanji Map   Tang au bao
Set of 8 Mukden Type overprints FT40 see Mukden Types. The name of this village is Chung-an-p'u it may have been difficult for Kerr to read the postmarks on his copies.

Note; The characters shown in Fisher for the postmark from this town is 中安however, Chan uses 騰鰲which ties up with postmark example below and also agrees with the place name on the map. I therefore believe that Chan has the correct usage.

These are all the overprints known to exist for this village.

These stamps have been identified by using Volume II of the Stamp Catalogue of China by Shui-Hon Chan and the four booklet guide The Local Overprinted Stamps of Manchuria 1945-7 by Allen D Kerr (published 1978 and now out of print). Both works are essential for anyone delving seriously into this subject.
