This is a complete set of 2 stamps with an oily black chop, the upper four characters reading 郵政 Republic of China Post, in an unusual arrangement. Kerr does not describe these stamps as surcharges but they have clearly been re-valued at 1 Yuan as seen by the bottom two characters.

  This is a set of three surcharges in hard red ink. The upper four characters read 中華民國 Chinese Republic, with the surcharge below in Chinese and Arabic numerals.

  This is a soft black surcharge reading reading 郵政  Republic of China Post, with the surcharge left and on the right Temporary Use. There is also a soft blue 20f, see above.

These stamps have been identified by using Volume II of the Stamp Catalogue of China by Shui-Hon Chan and the four booklet guide The Local Overprinted Stamps of Manchuria 1945-7 by Allen D Kerr (published 1978 and now out of print). Both works are essential for anyone delving seriously into this subject.
