A clear, hand applied rubber chop in red. Full Set. The cover shown is dated 7. 7. 35 which makes it early for these overprints. The four top characters read 中國郵政 Chinese Post, left is the surcharge and to the right Temporary Use.

Set of 5 values with a soft purple chop. The outer four characters read 中國郵政 Chinese Post.


The cover illustrated right was sent from Bei'an to Tunghwa (Tonghua) City, Zhong Chang district (通化市中昌区) and is addressed to Mr. Gao Rong Xuan (高荣轩). To see both sides of the cover click here.
