Communist overprint and the issue date is thought to be 15th September 1945 (I have seen an example
dating 18th September 1945). See also
Kerr 198 Sui Chung. Kerr shows two further values 20f and 30f which, if they exist are not authorised issues, he also felt that the status of this chop was questionable. |
